Here are the dates and times for volleyball conditioning. They are as follows: Monday (3:00-5:00) and Wednesday (3:00-4:30)(conditioning) and Tuesday (3:00-5:00) (weight lifting). The first day is May 4th and will run until the first week in June. All student-athletes in grades 7-12 are welcome to attend.
