Start Track Athletes Volunteer at the DeVeaux Girls on the Run Practice 5K

Boys and Girls track athletes from Start High School assisted with the DeVeaux Girls on the Run Practice 5K on Friday May 15th.  Athletes that participated were Matt Haueter, Brianna DeVaul, Quasia Turner, Ana-Elisa Covarrubias, and Jacob Boling.  They provided support and encouragement as running buddies for some of the DeVeaux girls.  The young ladies will

Varsity baseball moves on to City Finals

Scyler Glass did not allow a hit and Noah Childress led the hitting attack with a double and 5 RBI’s to lead the Spartans to a 10-0 victory over the Rogers Rams. Glass singled home a run in the bottom of the first while Childress broke open the game in the 4th with a bases

Start student-athletes participate in SALS

Student-athletes from Start High School participated in a day long summit at the Toledo Board of Education. The program brought in other athletes from TPS as well. The student-athletes were engaged by various speakers from around the district and area. They also participated in a skit performed by each school on what leadership looks like.

Runner-Up Finishes by Boys and Girls at City League Finals
