Wrestlers compete at Bucyrus and Whitmer

The varsity wrestling squad competed at the Bucyrus Pool tournament over the weekend. Placing were Darius Latimer in 6th place and Champ Zaborski and Hunter Schmoekel both placing 3rd. The JV team competed at Whitmer High School and had a nice showing with Tyrese Brown placing 3rd and Jaysean Pettigrew taking 4th. Great work!

Wrestlers compete at Derr Invitational

Congratulations to the following wrestlers who competed this past weekend at the Derr Invitational at Northwood High School. Two Wrestlers headed to District Tournament

Matt Huss and Alex Coley both qualified for the District Wrestling Tournament this past weekend at Clay High School. Huss finished 3rd in his weight class while Coley took 4th place. Tayon Roach qualified as an alternate. They will compete in the Mentor District this Friday and Saturday. Good Luck to Matt and Alex!

Wrestlers finish 3rd in City League with two champions

The wrestling squad finished 3rd in the City League wrestling tournament this past weekend at Rogers High School. Winning individual titles for Start were Matt Huss (113) and Alex Coley (285).
